- To use the site, log in with the email address you recently provided to the company.
- After completing the tutorials, please submit an improvement assessment to help us enhance the website.

How to use BEBOT
- BEBOT is our company’s AI (Artificial Intelligence), created to help technical intern trainees and specified skilled workers. Whenever they have questions about life or work, they can quickly find the answers.
- Since BEBOT is newly created, its features and response content are still limited. You can help it develop further by sending us feedback for improvement.
- After you’ve used BEBOT, please remember to leave feedback to help it become more complete.

Everyone’s annual leave can be carried over each year, provided the following condition is met:
Unexpected absences must not exceed an average of 49 days per year, meaning you must work at least 80% of total working days—regardless of the reason.
On joining the company: 10 days
After 1 year: 11 days
After 2 years: 12 days
After 3 years: 14 days
After 4 years: 16 days
After 5 years: 18 days
After 6 years: 20 days (maximum)
On March 21, 2025, A accrues 11 additional days, for a total of 21 days.
Special Cases:
Interns who leave after three years, or Technical Intern Trainees (“Tokutei”) who return to Philippines to claim pension benefits and later come back, may not be eligible for carryover. Please consult the office staff for details.

By clearing away the dust and clutter, we
let go of the burdens of the past year, creating space for peace and positivity

Though cleaning may require effort, it’s a
meaningful way to contribute to a harmonious living environment and will be
warmly appreciated by all.

Reminder for the End of the Year
When heading out, don’t forget to bring your ID
card. Be extra careful with your wallet, purse, and important cards like IDs or
bank cards. Losing them can be a hassle, especially with how busy things get at
the end of the year.
If you’re not using a room, make sure to turn
off all electrical devices to save energy and stay safe.
Let’s be mindful of our neighbors! Avoid making
loud noise from karaoke, music, gaming, or parties that might disturb others.
Stay away from gambling, lottery games,
betting, or similar activities—nothing good ever comes of it!
It’s best not to host outdoor parties during
the dry winter months since the risk of fire is higher.
Bicycle theft tends to increase this time of
year, so keep an eye on your belongings. Even in dorms, make sure your personal
items are secure.
Recently, traffic laws have changed, so keep
these in mind:
Don’t cycle if you’ve been drinking.
Avoid using your phone while riding.
If an accident happens, let the union or
company know right away. It’s always better to handle things openly.
