Fire alarm inspections

Good morning All,

 I would like to send all of you schedule for regular fire alarm inspections as below the inspector will use a spare key to enter your room for checking, For the inspection can be carried our smoothly and quickly , kindly clean up your room 

• From 1pm on December 4: SAIJO 
• From 9am on December 18: PEACH HOUSE (Namikata) 
• From 9am on December 5 and December 6: ONISHI

The amended Road Traffic Act

11月1日から改正される道交法では、自転車の「ながら運転」および「酒気帯び運転」の罰則が強化されます。

Starting from November 1, the amended Road Traffic Act will strengthen penalties for "distracted cycling" and "cycling under the influence of alcohol."
ながら運転
自転車でスマートフォンや他のデバイスを使用している際に「通話のために使用した場合」「画面を見続けた場合」「交通の危険を生じさせた場合」に、罰則が適用されます。
Distracted Cycling
The amended law will impose penalties if a cyclist uses a smartphone or similar device while riding for "making calls," "continuously looking at the screen," or "causing a traffic hazard."
酒気帯び運転
従来は「酒酔い運転」に対してのみ罰則がありましたが、改正後は、呼気1リットル中0.15㎎以上のアルコールが検出された場合も罰則が適用されます。また、酒類を提供した者や自転車の同乗者も罰則対象となります。
Cycling Under the Influence of Alcohol
Previously, penalties applied only for "drunk cycling." However, with the new amendment, penalties will also apply to "cycling under the influence" if the cyclist has a blood alcohol concentration of 0.15 mg or more per liter of breath. Additionally, individuals who provided alcohol or a bicycle, as well as those accompanying the cyclist, may also face penalties.

HOW TO ADD DEPENDENTS FOR TAX DEDUCTION PROCEDURES

To reduce taxes to zero, you need at least 5 dependents. Note that individuals under 16 years old are not eligible to be counted as dependents for tax deduction purposes.

• For dependents aged 16 to 29 and those aged 71 and above: there is no minimum remittance amount required, so any amount can be sent.
• For dependents aged 30 to 70: you must remit over 380,000 yen per year (excluding transfer fees) to meet the financial requirement.
• Under 16 years old is not considered as a dependents
• Only accept wife registered on marriage certificate , not accept partner even you have marriage contract or cohabitation certificate 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO ADD DEPENDENTS

1. Remittance certificate showing the transfer to dependents .
2. Dependent verification letter need your signature 
3. Family relationship verification documents such as marriage certificate, birth certificate if you want to send money to your parents  or grandparents  (original)

IF DOCUMENTS NEED TO BE SUBMITTED URGENTLY

• If urgent processing is needed, you can first send digital copies (PDF, images, etc.).
• Afterward, ask family members in Philippineor use another method to send the original of dependent documents to the company as soon as possible.

By preparing these documents accurately and thoroughly, the tax deduction process will go more smoothly.
